As Treatment Coordinator, you will help patients:

• Navigate insurance and financial questions

What You’ll Do
• Present treatment plans in a clear and confident way
• Help patients understand insurance benefits and costs
• Assist patients with financing solutions
• Secure financial commitments and schedule treatment
• Address patient concerns or hesitation with empathy and clarity
• Coordinate with doctors and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience

Experience We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of dental office experience
• Solid understanding of dental procedures and treatment plans
• Skilled in explaining treatment and financial arrangements
• Knowledgeable about PPO insurance plans
